Our small planting of Cabernet has consistently produced distinctive fruit for our ‘Memento Label’. This wine was barrel matured longer in French and American oak. It shows dominant ripe plum fruit with a lifted note of mint, leaf and eucalypt. Ripe fruit flavours follow onto the Medium bodied palate with a firm finish consistent with Cabernet Sauvignon.
