A blend of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot, this wine shows the ripe plummy fruit of Merlot with a touch of toasty oak from Cabernet. Combined with the French oak maturation in 300 litre barrels some tobacco notes are evident. The palate is full and round with good concentration and length, ripe fruits, well integrated oak and soft tannins.
