The drier 2005 growing season produced intense fruit, which translated to a rich concentrated Shiraz wine. The nose is complex with ripe
berry and hints of chocolate and vanilla. The palate is rich, full bodied with intense flavours and a lingering after palate. The tannins
are firm concentrated but clean. The most intense wine we have bottled. The wine has all the attributes of a classic McLaren Vale Shiraz
and will reward those who wish to cellar it.
