Pale straw colour. The nose is a complex mix of green bean and grassy notes with a touch of capsicum. The use of the Stelvin closure
ensures that these characters are retained and are free of any cork related off odours. The palate has a medium weight with flavours
of snow peas, capsicum and cut grass. The finish is clean with a crisp acidity.
