Rich and concentrated with spicy flavours dominating. Ripe berry flavours complexed with the oak maturation add another layer of complexity. The finish long with firm ripe tannins. |

Why Squid Ink?
This Shiraz selected from our Squid Ink vineyard has once again produced a very limited wine of magnificent intensity. The grapes from these vines are almost blue black in colour and when handled leave a dark pigment. We III Associates believe that Squid Ink will also leave its mark on you! Complex flavours of blackberry, chocolate & spice combine with new American Oak, with fine grain tannins, that grip until the finish. Once Squid Ink takes a hold of you… You have found a wine to die for!
