Text Notes: The use of the Stelvin closure ensures that the complex but clean characteristics of this wine are retained and are free of any cork related off odours. A perfect balance citrus and tropical flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc leaves well balanced crisp fruit and acidity.

Why Sabbatical?
Wine this good only comes along every so often! Usually only after a seasons work where almost everything actually goes right! As was the case in the Sabbaticals vineyard, where a splendid dry spell was compensated, by beautiful rainfall... the best seen for years. The result of this purple patch was fruit that can only be described as abundant… grapes loaded with juicy, ripe, mouth filling flavours.
