Shows hints of ripe melon from the Chardonnay and citrus/lemon notes from the early harvested Semillon. |
| Palate |
Is of medium weight with strong citrus/lemon flavours from the Semillon and finishing with flavours of bruised apple/pear from the Pinot Gris. As with most white wines from 2011 the acidity is crisp and fresh the result of cool growing conditions and a higher level of malic acid. |
