The key ingredient in producing quality wine is quality
grapes and in particular a guaranteed supply of those
grapes. Our own vineyards give us both quality and security
of supply. Over 34 hectares of premium McLaren Vale
vineyard provides us with ample supply of excellent fruit.
The principal variety grown, is of course Shiraz, the variety that has gained international recognition for McLaren Vale. We also grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Grenache together with Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
